Leonid Katsnelson was born in 1948 in Kiev, Ukraine. After graduation from the Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute with master’s degree in Graphic Art, since 1968, L.K. worked as a freelance Graphic Artist in the leading publishing houses of the former USSR. L.K. has designed and illustrated over 200 books of poetry and prose, literature for kids, and advertisement production, participated in many national and international book’s exhibitions and received three high recognition awards. In 1994, he came to Los Angeles, where he got involved in computer design. From then on until present, L.K. works as a Graphic Designer and as an Art Director of several newspapers and magazines published in Russian language for the Russian-speaking population of the United States. At last time he also create design for WEB, cooperate with Web Master Igor Volochkov (VILK, Inc.)
